講題：Labor and Finance

講題摘要：
The lecture is aimed to provide an overview about the recent empirical findings on issues of labor and finance. The first part will focus on how the conflict of interest between labor unions and shareholders influence corporate strategies and corporate finance policies. The second part will review how firms response to changes in the labor market environment.

講者介紹：

陳彥行教授為國立臺灣大學財務金融學博士，目前任職於國立臺灣大學財務金融學系。研究專長為公司理財，詳細期刊論文著作請參閱陳教授個人網頁。
